DEPOSIT POLICY

$50 non refundable security deposit is required to hold your appointment and will go towards your service.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY

Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Maximum 2 reschedules

LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

No shows are NOT allowed to rebook. Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and deposit will be forfeited.

GUEST POLICY

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, guests, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Card, Cash, Venmo, Zelle

TOUCH UPS

Initial procedure appointments receive a complimentary touch up. Touch up appointments must be scheduled between 3-6 weeks following your first session. After 6 weeks, it is no longer complementary and will incur an additional charge.

Healing can be unpredictable. If additional touch-up appointment is needed fees will apply

** Touch up prices are for clients who have had their initial session with Brows by Yoon. If you had your original service done somewhere else, it is considered as your first visit with Brows by Yoon and will require a new appointment.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

If you have had your eyebrows/eyeliners/lips/scalp previously tattooed or and are interested in a cover-up, you MUST send a clear photo without makeup to browsbyyoon@gmail.com PRIOR to booking your appointment.

We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work.
